"The technician found three areas for one leak that were very likely the sources. He took pictures to show me the underlying problem(s) and the water trails. He did a fix of each. I'm impressed! Light years ahead of the H. roofing company who had been here at least twice before this year and spent 15 minutes giving no information, other than: "... the wind does it and these are hard to locate..". The other leak was at the solar panel anchors where the sealant had failed and the other guys had failed to address the condition of the caulking. I'm thinking, from watching, this guy he has resolved the issues until we can re-roof this summer. He sealed the edges where he saw leakage and replaced several screws. He also resealed the anchors. Haven't got the bill yet and it hasn't rained again today, but I'm feeling like we should have called these guys first! No pressure to buy. No BS. Just the facts of why the tar paper is failing and what happened to the original adhesive we used 34 years ago. A+"

They just gave us a bid on the job and it seemed reasonably fair but I went online to Angie's List website, they hadn't had much experience doing roofing. That's was just only part of the hesitation in using them at this point. They seem really professional and reasonably good."

Upon arrival they noticed my roof was a tile roof so they called John Jones who spoke to me and said they do not work on these types of roofs, apologized and offered to try and find someone else to honor the request. The window crew was very polite, and did a wonderful clean up. The windows have performed exactly as stated by the company. Our home is now extremely warm and the noise has been drastically reduced. The windows look beautiful and have great secruity features. The patio door even has a 4 bolt locking system. The finished window also have beautiful trim on the outside.
