Robert (the owner) installed a mini split and I have no issues with it. There was no heating and air in the house before the install. They were very fast and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional and polite.

Did not go well. After they supposedly cleaned my carpets, I ran a vacuum over the area and got out huge amounts of dirt, hair, pet hair, and just overall dirt. The truck broke down 2 times while they were here and asked the technician if that was affecting the suction power and he said no....
