On the morning of the third clean, J&K messaged saying that they were not coming & wanted to reschedule. We had a house full of company arriving that day and were depending on them to perform the service. Pros: Very sweet ladies, bring their own supplies & equipment, comfortable & accommodating with our pets and good communication. Cons: Not dependable; my only complaints with the cleaning were dirty streaks left on tile floor & not dusting all surfaces & furniture."

"It went well. It was extensive work. They had a sub that did the hardwood floor and tile work. They were nice to talk to and easy to work with. They were real nice. I do have to have them come back and correct a minor issue but I have no doubt they will come back. I would recommend them. They were real competitive on the price. If there are any issues, they stand by it and fix it. Every day they showed up and even the subs showed up when they said they would be there. They were all professional."

They were professional and had great personalities, easy to get along with. The flooring gave them some issues so the job took longer than expected, but they still charged the original quoted price. Chris & Jerry made me feel like I was someone they've known for years. They were honest, straight-forward, worked with me on paint color choices, helped me pick-out new shingle colors and did everything they could to make sure this was a great experience. They met with my insurance adjuster, provided paperwork my mortgage company needed and had the work done quickly and efficiently. WOW they transformed my house! It is beautiful! The shingles are perfect with my brick and the color choices Chris helped me choose made my house pop on the street. I was worried about how the guttering would be placed on my home because some neighbors gutters are not attractive and standout in a bad way. Chris was very helpful in explaining how they would make sure it looked seamless. 
I want to highly recommend this company if you are looking for any services: gutters, construction, roofing, anything call them first. YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL THE HOUSES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT USED ROCA ROOFING, they all are very beautiful. I know that sounds strange to say, but most of my neighborhood had damage. The houses that used ROCA you recognize right away. They look beautiful! Other roofing companies some of my neighbors used looks blah/plain. I don't know if it is because ROCA has better craftsmanship or they use better quality materials; but I can spot a ROCA roof from the others.
