Rolando was outstanding! Painted and refurbished my deck. His work was detailed and did an excellent job! Great to work with and will definitely use Rolando and his staff again!

Beware of DRR Properties because he did NOT keep his word! In my case, the owner did not keep his word and actually pretended not to remember what he told me originally to justify the higher than expected repair cost (by my home insurance). The owner told me that my aluminum siding repair would require him to buy a full box of the special order although the repair would require only 2-3 siding pieces and that therefore the price was so high. He also said I could keep the rest for future repairs.... I remember this exactly because I thought: "Future repairs? I don't need them!!!" The owner also explained that the manufacturer didn't allow him to buy only the small quantity needed because siding is not in aluminum anymore and it is a special order with fixed quantities. I even contacted my home insurance company to tell them that their estimate was too low due to this special order situation. Yet at the end of the repairs, which looked really nice and good, the owner told me that he didn't tell me I could keep the extras and that I made this up and that I should check the contract because he did exactly what the contract said and it didn't include any extras because he doesn't have any extras. In other words, the contract did not specify what he had told me verbally. Still, I paid him in full and assume he made a considerable profit on this overcharged job. He misrepresented his cost by telling me I could keep the extras when, in fact, he didn't even order extras. Do we call this a "lair"?! So don't trust the owner's words and double-check your contract. He is not trustworthy and even turns around accusing his customer. Bad business practice indeed. The overcharged repair job looks good but no wonder he is so suspicious of his customers at the start! He is probably doing this kind of deal all the time. That would be my guess.

Rolando is great at keeping you informed. He contacted me to confirm our appointment 2 days prior to the scheduled time and again the evening before the appointment. He arrived on time and completed the work in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. I am currently awaiting a bid from him for a small project at my daughter's home.

DRR Properties Inc. did a great job on the exterior trim. They made sure they fitted the trim exactly, calked the seams , and joints to insure water tight fit. They took this small job a did a great job. They are highly recommended. They also touched up and painted the nail heads and painted the trim. The price was great.

I hired Rolando at DRR Properties to repair/replace some rotted exterior wood trim and paint. Rolando was very responsive to phone calls, text messages, and email. He was prompt and polite, and did a very good job.

I called Rolando in the morning and he was out that early afternoon to repair the siding that the wind had blown loose. I would highly recommend them for the excellent work they do.

RL was prompt to come and provide an estimate after part of my wooden fence blew down. He repaired it quickly. It looks better than it did when it was new, and the actual cost was less than I expected. I have already recommended them to a neighbor.

I found DRR Properties here, through Home Advisors. Rolando came out, looked at what needs to be done and within a few days sent me a written estimate. He repaired one fence and installed a new one. I couldn't be happier with my fences!!!! Great Quality.

I was Impressed with the knowledge and superior workmanship this team exhibited. They removed an old wood privacy fence and installed a new fence with double gate. They showed up right on time and worked hard through out the day with no breaks. It took a little longer than they expected probably because it was so hot .. went a little over 2 days. They cleaned up afterwards and were very professional at all times. Highly recommended

DDR Properties did an excellent job repairing the storm damage to the second story of my house in an efficient, and professional manner. The pricing was very fair, they showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards, and finished quickly without cutting corners. Would hire them again.
