"We actually hired JLS to do multiple projects: expand our laundry room (removal of a load bearing wall was required), repair a cracked joist in the attic space over our garage, and install a vented range hood to replace our old recirculating hood. From the first estimate, to the completion, we could not be more pleased. The owner is very conscientious and wants to ensure that each step of the job is completed to the highest standards. Communication was outstanding and there were zero costly "surprises". He and the gentleman that worked for him were both very friendly. "A crew from Groundworks installed eight floor supports and encapsulated our crawl space last week. Jorge, Isaac, Kenny, Zacch, and Anthony did a great job! They worked very long hours to complete our project in a timely fashion and were great to interact with. They identified several plumbing and air duct problems and brought them to my attention. Jorge, the team leader, was great about communicating with me and keeping me well informed. The after job clean-up was very thorough. Jorge has been available by phone for my questions even after they have moved on to another job. These guys are very deserving of five stars. Also, I want to give a shout out to Anthony who did our inspection/estimate. He was very thorough and patient and made everything understandable. Another five-star guy!"
