When it came down to it he continued to tell us it would be no problem to get it done, but then by the time he got it done there were just 2 days until the house was supposed to be delivered, and we had to wait 5 days for the concrete to cure. As a result comment, the house could not be delivered and now we are into the 2nd week still trying to figure out when it can be delivered. "Company owners showed up at the agreed date and time.  They did a thorough walk around, asked what seemed to me to be the appropriate questions, and gave me an estimate on the spot.  They told me I would be contacted by their scheduler to arrange for the work crew to come do the work.  They thoroughly explained the process to be used and the precautions that would be taken to protect my property.
 A couple of days later the scheduler called to ask if their crew could come in a couple of hours since they had finished another job earlier than expected.  The crew did its work in about two hours completely to my satisfaction.  They did a good job of cleaning up the fairly small mess they had made and I am extremely satisfied with their work.
