"Carpet cleaning was good; furniture cleaning didn't meet my expectations, but I didn't clarify them to begin with. I wanted the cat hair removed, but that wasn't done. However, the operator offered another carpet cleaning in the future for free. I can't ask more than that.

I asked them to do a couple extra rooms and they happily agreed. Overall, I was very pleased with the crew and the quality of their work. My carpets look, feel, and smell much better.
