I can only say that I am extremely sorry this happened and I can assure you this is not our method of operation. It has been said that a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link on its worst day. This is a wake up call to me as the owner that my work is not done and further refinements are needed to ensure no other customer has a similar experience. Service Provider ResponseThank you for the feedback. The great news is all this can be fixed and much of it has. First we eliminated the trouble of our customers not being able to reach us 16yrs ago when we made the decision to answer the phone 24hrs per day 7days per week with a real live employee. Not many do this which is why you likely assumed it could not be done. This is part of first class service and will make you proud you chose Dynamic. Second we offer a full satisfaction guaranty and always have so this problem you have can be easily remedied at no cost to you. Extended drying times are prevalent in Sept and Oct and also in April due to outdoor mild temps and high humidity. This causes HVAC systems to not have to run this the primary tool for drying in your home (your AC) is not being used and high humidity conditions outside the home create a scenario unforvorable to rapid drying. We can fix this when we return by bringing air movers to speed the drying and avoid the odor issue you're dealing with. Someone from our office will contact you Monday to setup a return visit to get you home smelling and looking great. Daryl Brown
