His professionalism is tremendous, and reminds me of how things used to be. Besides that, his prices are fair and very reasonable! I had a complicated problem involving water intrusion into the house, and he was able to diagnose some solutions and execute them. He made two trips to the house. We just had 3 inches of rain and nary a drop came in the house. I was thrilled with his work, and I am telling all my friends and family about Soot Busters. He gets an A++++ and then some!
