"We had a few problems but Community Builders really stands behind their product. They provided excellent service to rectify the situation to our satisfaction. This company has a very high integrity level... Travis and his crew from Community Builders came out, measured & confirmed the window order: type and whether or not we wanted grids. He answered all my questions & described what work would need to be done... Then on the install date they made quick work of removing old windows. They had 3 of the windows removed when Travis noticed a problem. While the windows fit the outside opening, the window casing inside was oversized & did not have a positive reveal of the window jam. I think most installers would have just left this negative reveal & just added extra caulk to seal & hide it... But once they noticed this, Travis immediately stopped his guys & called me over & said, "This is not right." He showed me that if they just left it the way it is, not only would the window not tilt in because it would hit the frame (casing), but he would not be able to properly seal the window. Then he proceeded to take care of the situation by calling Community Builders and they started working out the solution to the problem. I thought this was nice as I would think most installers would have left it up to me to call the company and work out a solution... But instead the installer & the salesman both came to the house to look at the problem... After a little discussion they ended up replacing 100% of the inside casing and ordered custom trim work to match the rest of the house without extra money. They are very good window installers and good woodworkers on the trim and casing. Overall, I can tell the installer, Travis, and his guys sign their name to the job. They are very respectful and careful when in your home. We have more windows to replace later and will definitely use them again! "

"had purchased this on a Deal. I moved my office to the in-law suite, and wanted something outside my norm - yet not too jarring. The decoraator is in Mass. We communicated via email, Pinterest., Houzz, their website and phone conference. I planned to reuse my light cherry office furniture, but needed to get rid of the white wall look. I sent photos of the room and a floor plan. I answered their online style questionaire and sent photo of the furnishing, my favorite Arts n Crafys desktop lamp and some of the art work I wanted to use. The result was a vibrant palate that is invigorating and joyful to work in. Using the colors from some paintings I collected in Africa15 years ago and my electric taste. the result was very bold. (Formerly my definition of bold was any color other than white or beige. The cair rail and lower walls are a terracotta with a rich deep gold on top. The remaining woodwork and doors are a dark slate gray with a satin finish. (Really - no white glossy woodwork.) I feel like I am in some exotic place when I work. I have met with other designers in the past. They ask your likes, then tell you what think regardless. Not so here, the process was interactive, two sided and balanced. The results are stunnung. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, even if no big deal is available. "
