"The job was to pull down the remaining walls of a 10' x 12' shed that the ceiling and floor had already pretty much disintegrated. Their truck had a strong winch and they were able to circle key points in the structure with the winch cable to pull down most of the remaining walls and studs. They loaded up their truck and took the debris to the dump. They had to make two trips to haul away everything and when they returned they raked the area and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend this company. They were prompt, courteous and reasonably priced"

Hauling questions, answered by experts

Yes, removal services can handle projects like estate clearouts or major renovations.

Garbage removal is a project you can do yourself, but hiring a professional to get the job done is often worthwhile. Depending on the type and amount of junk, you could be looking at a very labor-intensive job, dumping fees, dumpster charges, and potentially unsafe working conditions. Hiring a professional junk removal company not only saves you time and energy and keeps you safe, but it also means you don’t have to worry about carting the junk away or coordinating a dumpster and getting a permit for it.

To get the most out of your dumpster rental, regardless of its placement, you should review what you can put in it and strategically organize your disposal. For instance, putting large items on the bottom helps you save space when it comes to the little stuff at the end of the project.

Who is responsible for construction debris removal depends on the language in the construction contract. Usually, the contractor is responsible for removal rather than the homeowner. However, removal and disposal tend to come with additional fees that should be listed as line items in the initial estimate. This way, the homeowner can negotiate and decide whether or not to DIY.

Typical rentals are weekly but extendable by request. Always inquire about extra days ahead of time.
