He showed me some things that he saw that could use repair and maintenance on my chimney. This was presented with an estimate of how much it would cost to do the work. No part of it seemed like a pressure to increase service and the prices presented were very reasonable. The chimney sweep and clean took less than an hour. They will definitely be called out again next year."
