The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not. He provided a fair price for the extra work for use to decide. The technician also identified another issue with the installation of the U/V light in our A/C and provided valuable maintenance tips. In all it was a positive experience."
