We are a family plumbing company located in Broken Arrow, Ok servicing all of the Tulsa metro and surrounding areas. Please call for all plumbing needs.

"These people came to my house to repair the water main. They charged me $2550 which is very high compare with the nationwide rate but I am ok with it since every business are free to charge what they want or at least charge whatever they believe they deserve for their work. After the repair was done, I keep checking the watermeter from time to time and noticed it never stops. I thought it was normal but then a friend told me water meter should never move if there is no water running. Then one night I heard the same sound underground so that is when I realized the leak still there. I call the owner of dibble plumbing, Nick, who took several days to respond, what a lack of ethics and respect for his clients. He said that he can not repair anything again since the guarantee was over. Now I will have to hire another company to fix the piece of pipe that dibble plumbing could not fix properly. Now imagine, open a new trench again, destroy the landscaping that cost me $500 to repair, and all of this thanks to dibble plumbing. We are talking to a layer to file a lawsuit against this business."

Sewer Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Water leaking through your basement floor is a good sign of a clogged drain, but another sign of a clogged basement floor drain can include unpleasant odors coming from the drain. Also, hearing gurgling noises when water drains from the basement or having other plumbing fixtures (like toilets or other drains) backing up is a good indicator.

Depending on the home, wastewater either goes into a septic tank and seeps back into the backyard or is sent via sewer system to a local sewage-treatment plant. Septic systems naturally separate different components of the waste so that it can naturally and safely disperse it. They are usually reserved for homes not served by a municipal sewage department (like rural homes). A treatment plant, on the other hand, speeds up that process through screening and purification.

The cost to repair a main sewer line clog is about $3,110 on average. The average cost range is  $1,310 to $4,950, but it can go as low as $215 and as high as $9,300 or more. The cost factors for this repair include the severity of the clog, pipe accessibility, video inspection, removal method, permits, pipe material, labor rates in your area, and time of year. Repairs made from outside during the winter can be more difficult due to the frozen ground or during the spring if the ground is saturated from a lot of rain and snow melt.

This depends on the location of the blockage. If the blockage is in your home’s system, anywhere in the system, it is your responsibility as a homeowner. Blockages seldom happen because of items or buildup coming from the city, which means it originates in the home. It becomes the city’s responsibility at the exact point your home’s line distributes waste into the city’s system. The exception is if the problem in your home damages the city lines.

A professional drain cleaner is a plumber or specialized drain cleaner with the necessary tools to unclog drains and tiles to keep waste water flowing out to the septic tank or city sewer for processing. Keeping wastewater from backing up into your home helps keep you and your family safe from potential contamination and sickness. These pros can help resolve nearly any drain situation in a safe and efficient manner.
