We do everything from start to finish, from cleaning, displaying, lighting, advertising, pricing, selling, clearing and finally donating any remains or unwanted items. We have more than twenty years of expertise in the sale of valuables and family heirlooms. Our knowledge in antiques, fine art, collectibles, furniture, and personal property is extensive. We work hard to get the best possible prices.

"I had the best experience with Lottie and her team taking on the estate sale of my MIL's house. She is simultaneously fun, energetic and respectful and understanding, as my partner's Mother had recently passed away. This is our first experience with the world of estate sales. We found Lottie by going to a sale in a nearby neighborhood. I realized that Lottie comes with a large contacts database and has a nice following in Tulsa and surrounding which comes from years of doing great work. We couldn't have been more happy with the process. Lottie worked with our schedule. She and her team took the time to research my MIL's items in a house that had over 40 years of family and living in it. The staging and photos of Lottie and team's work was wonderful. We were not in Oklahoma during the entire process but had full confidence in them. We were very realistic about our expectations as far as the cost of doing business, such as the need for a dumpster and trucks to haul away things for charitable donations. We were very happy to know the sale included a complete clean out so the house could be put on the market. Because of Lottie's reach and fanbase, people were lined up before the first sale day started! Upon completion we netted more than we expected! I wish I had more reasons to work with Lottie! "
