"Really professional guy gave estimate and set the guys up for the first day on the job. Price was negotiable and seemed to be dependent on whether the company had other jobs for their guys to work on. The 2 guys who did the job were Hispanic, and I had some trouble communicating with them while they were on the job. It took them quite awhile to actually complete it, but I think the results and price were very good. I wish they could have worked a little more efficiently- showed up kind of late each morning, took long lunch breaks, then left around 5:00. So the whole project took about 2.5 days when I was expecting 1.5.
I am a perfectionist, and I did have to be assertive and point out any places where I felt needed work. They made some mistakes in a few places, but nothing egregious. The guys were willing to accommodate where I had issues.

The job required removing of a large mirror, patching holes in the ceiling and wall, removing the popcorn ceiling, smooth surface skim coating then priming and painting the entire room, plus skim coating a section of wall in the bedroom. This guy knows his stuff,... and his communication skills, punctuality and attention to detail are exceptional! The clean up after completion was spotless. I would definitely hire him again!"
