"Bathroom remodel: the backsplash was put on with the front facing side against the wall. I had to reorder more and tell them how to do it. Tile installed on floor and shower. Told me to order the wrong amount. I had to reorder more which came from a different batch and didn’t match exactly. Approximately 4 years after remodel the grout started failing. I now have many places with no grout and it’s getting worse. I can’t even find anyone who is willing to fix the mess they created. I highly recommend anyone to find another contractor for any work needed. Terrible work"

"I expected more expertise. I also didn't like the comments about my piece of furniture "being made in China", referring to the fact it wasn't well made. I have sent pictures to Wayfair where I got it because.it doesn't look quite right. Not sure if that is a fault of Wayfair or the installers.
