We do anything to do with landscaping from lawn care and lawn revival to sod laying and flowerbeds. We also perform hunting land development services surveying land and selecting the perfect spots for deer stands, deer feeders, and food plots. We also install and refill feeders as well as create food plots for clients. We are relatively new to this business as we have worked for other companies before but we decided to come together and start a business of our own providing excellent landscaping services as well as putting our hunting expertise on the market.

"Excellent service--reasonable price, very professional, prompt and friendly. Found some iron markers, but had to use GPS for others. Left area well marked and easy for fence company. Added geogrpahic descriptions to identify pin site again, should it be removed. Did the research and found old easements not in development plat. Sent report the next day. Was exactly what I had hoped for. Surveyors willing to do residential are hard to find or they charge you for a full crew. Mike was excellent and would definately use him again."

ALTA/ACSM surveys are the most comprehensive type of land survey and, as such, tend to be the most expensive. These surveys have standardized guidelines and reports and are used in many kinds of real estate transactions to ensure consistent and accurate information is available for properties.

Land surveys don’t technically expire. Even if you don’t make any changes to your property, many states only guarantee the accuracy of a land survey for five to ten years.

There are a couple of ways you can determine the depth of your well. One method is to use a device called a well sounder. This tool has a long measuring tape containing a sensor to alert you once the end reaches the water. 

Or you can DIY it by using a long tape measure with a half-filled bottle of water attached to it. Lower the tape measure into your well. Once you feel tension on the tape, you’ll know the bottle has reached your static water level. This will give you an approximate idea of your well’s depth.
