Technician was late and I had to call the office. The tech then called and explained that he had a flat tire and was on his way. Tech was very thorough and explained his findings in detail. Detailed written report was provided. Tech friendly and polite and cleaned up his mess.

Waggoner's Heating & Air Conditioning was punctual and professional from the home survey (determining need) to suggested systems and installation of a new heating and cooling system. They ask the right questions and give the homeowner a voice in the whole process. Very happy with their work and the Trane system they installed. I highly recommend them.

Technicians and sales staff were all knowledgeable, professional, and provided high service levels. Would highly recommend them. We had interviewed two other companies before selecting Waggoner's. They also made me aware of a rebate which saved us $2,000!

It's like $189 for 2 visits and that covers the year. What stands out about them is their attention to detail on checking the systems because they have a pretty rigorous checklist of checking all the voltages, temperatures, and pressures of the unit. As long as the pricing for their services is not too hard on anybody, I'm going to have somebody to come back out so I will be shopping again. They'll probably be pretty competitive in their pricing but I'm comfortable with them so as long as I get the same professional tech to come back out, I will use them again.

They've been good. We have a maintenance program with them where they come out twice a year.

We've used them for a number of years and we're very happy with them over the years. They're prompt. They seem to have knowledgeable folks working for them. Prices are reasonable for the area. They're not the cheapest guy in town but they're not the most expensive either. I like them. I recommend them to my friends. I have no problems recommending them. Quality is fine. We've been using since we moved here. They were doing an annual maintenance on the old system.

By the time we found out that we needed a plumber, things were pretty wild: water all over the place, bits of ceiling falling down. The precise problem, which the guys from Waggoner's had diagnosed, had to be described to the plumber who came out so he'd know what needed to be done. So we had to coordinate with Waggoner's and a plumber, who had to be found on very short notice. Here is where the folks at Waggoner's helped way beyond the call of duty. While I had no luck finding a plumber capable of dealing with the problem and who could come on this afternoon, the folks at Waggoner's also called around and they succeeded! They found a (very competent) plumber at MDS plumbing. the guys from Waggoner's who had come out this morning explained to him what the problem was, he came out this afternoon, worked on the problem and, we think, has got it solved.
Now the folks at Waggoner's certainly did not have to help us in this way. It was, as it turned out, almost entirely a plumbing problem. But they did. This is typical of my experience with them: not only are they all competent and very pleasant to deal with, but they really do care, and will go the extra mile when a customer is in the middle of an escalating problem.  I''ve been recommending them to friends since we first worked with them in 2013, and everyone I know has been as pleased as we are. Really, this company is exceptional. We're lucky to have them in Norman!

I never write reviews, but when I get service this good I feel obligated.  I called at 8:30pm expecting to get an appointment for the following day. To my surprise they were willing to come out immediately and help me out.  Everything was prompt, professional, and solid.  Greg (the tech) was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly and get it resolved.  He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and you could tell that he was a very experienced tech. If you are having AC/Heating issues in Norman, this is the place to call.

Very professional. Good pricing for Trane unit. They come on time to install the unit. very friendly. However, like most of the service provider, we always have to spot check their work before they leave. I found several minor areas that were not seal completely. Overall they are a good company and I will use them again.

They were great! Price was okay. They explained how to take care of the unit.

We have used them for our biannual PM of our heat and air conditioning systems and they have always been very professional.  I just realized I need them out this year.  The have done work on our ancient furnace and it has all been good.

I have worked with this company before and all went very well. This time they had to put a new air handler and heater in a very tight attic. After it was completed it did not pass inspection because of space constrictions. They did not leave enough space on one side of the unit. They came back and moved the unit. When they did they forgot to reattach a drain pipe. When I turned the a/c on water dumped into my living room ceiling. They immediately took responsibility and compensated me for the cost to repair my ceiling. They did everything they could to make it right, but it was still a hassle.
