"I have never had a carpet cleaning that good. Very nice person. He got a spot in my living room, for over ten years. I had plenty of carpet cleaners, and they never got that spot out, and he got it. Very accurate, I would pay more for other companies. They came here at my door, two minutes before time. This is the second time that I have used him."

"Very friendly and professional. Explained the process of the service before he began. I could immediately tell the difference of before and after so I was pleased.  Note: The ad implies 3 rooms/hall for $89 but that only applies to carpet.  A little misleading when it also list tile/grout cleaning but he explained to me that the tile service was higher when I visited with him on the phone.  It was my choice to continue with his service.  He measured and gave me the total before beginning and I accepted.  He worked for 3 hours on my floors, did a good job of clean up, so I still feel the price was fair.  He even had a banged up leg and worked thru the pain.  A good guy and I will use his services again.

"I decided to rent out my house when I moved to a bigger house, but the bathtub looked terrible.  However, it's a very large, deep, cast iron tub, so I didn't want to have it removed.  The tub looked like someone tried to paint it at some point years ago, but most of it was chipped or scratched, making it look filthy no matter how clean it was.
This company did an amazing job.  One lady came out, and after I let her in, I was able to run errands while she worked on the tub.  I think it took several hours, but I didn't have to be there, so it was no problem.  When she finished, the tub was absolutely immaculate! It looks like a perfectly white, porcelain tub, with no damage, scratches or wear of any kind. I think I had to wait about 24 hours to use it, but I cannot convey how amazing the job was.  The tenant thought I'd put in a new tub.  The plug and overflow pieces, which had previously been fairly corroded, discolored and ugly were also treated.  I couldn't be more pleased.
I'm sorry that I forgot to leave a review before now, but I'm glad for the Angie's List reminder that popped up and let me know!
Also, the price is a ballpark.  I remember that it was a few hundred dollars, and far cheaper than replacing the tub, even with a cheap insert.  She also left me with a care sheet, which described the best cleaners to use to prolong the perfect appearance.  Wonderful job!

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

The best solution for mopping floors depends on the type of floor you have, but a good all-around or multi-purpose DIY floor cleaner is 2 cups of warm water, 5 to 10 drops of liquid dish soap, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. This is safe to use on tile, laminate, wood, polished concrete, vinyl, and more, as it’s relatively neutral and lacks caustic and abrasive chemicals that could be harmful to children and pets. You can also use a multi-purpose commercial cleaner, but make sure to follow the directions for safety.

The best cleaner to remove soot depends on the surface material and the type of fire, but consider dish soaps or degreasers, baking soda, rubbing alcohol, and hydrogen. Low-oxygen fires often leave behind greasy soot, which is best removed with dish soaps or degreasers. Baking soda can be useful for absorbing soot deposits from carpets, followed by rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to clean the set-in stains.

Soot can be harder to remove compared to other types of stains given its acidic nature. It can also cause underlying paint to peel off during the cleaning process. If your soot issue is a result of smoke damage, it’s recommended you call a pro to help remove it versus doing it yourself.

To clean tile counters and backsplash, you can use a store-bought tile cleaner or a mixture of a one-half cup of dish soap, one-half cup of water, one and two-thirds cup of baking soda, and a couple tablespoons of vinegar. Wipe the surfaces clean, then dry them.

For floors, you can do daily sweeping to remove dirt. Once per month, clean the floors with a solution of one gallon of warm or hot water and one-fourth cup of vinegar.

The easiest way to clean pavers is through a routine maintenance schedule that includes sweeping, rinsing, and keeping up with any dirt or stains as they appear. You’ll find it’s much more time-consuming to clean pavers that haven’t been maintained in a long time; the longer the stains sit, the deeper they can seep into the pavers.
