"It went pretty good.  I had all the materials for them to use.  The kick plate was too tall.  Will need to find the right size.  The front door has a crack in it, which I thought would fill in with the wood filler.  It was in a bad spot, so when the stain was applied, it did not fill in. I will clear coat it, add the kick plate & insulation.   I will have John will come out again - will look at his coupons & get a list together.  Definitely need the porch light replaced soon.  We also discussed a possible electrical issue with the porch light - seems the builder /electrician (1988) may have connected the front light switch with the hall bathroom & bedroom lights.  I was glad that John was able to schedule me, it was 2 months!   John & Wayne were very nice & I will call again soon! "

What an incredible transformation of this home! He has done a beautiful job restoring this 1950s bungalow. He also repaired sheetrock, retextured and replaced walls and ceilings, removed old electrical fixtures, installed antique lighting and an vintage medicine cabinet, repaired a garage door, did carpentry work on trim, doors, and windows including trimming down and installing new doors and constructing window frames. He thinks ahead to prepare for the job at hand, provides detailed lists of material needed, pick ups supplies, and makes helpful suggestions and recommendations along the way to avoid problems and delays. His son is held to the same high standards and is dedicated, strong, polite, and helpful. Thanks for the great "can-do" attitude, skills, and tremendous customer service!"
