Recently relocated to Grayson County. We've been serving Texas and other states for 13 years in building ground up commercial buildings, additions, and renovations. We specialize in structural steel fabrication and erection, custom steel fabrication, gates and entryways. We were designing and building Barndominiums before people knew what they were. "He inspected everything and left me a list of recommendations to be performed on the top of the chimney that included sealing it and installing a cap.  Chimney was in good shape.  He cleaned out the fireplace and tested lighting the logs.  Very professional and knowledgeable.  Will use again and will recommend to neighbors.

"It's a pretty decent system, I think. They send you the pieces and you install them yourself, which is pretty easy. The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. Nice, smart customer service people on the other end, very polite and helpful."

"We are a small condominium association that has 6 units in one larger building.  One morning we awoke to no electricity.  What we found was a large tree limb had fallen and ripped out the power lines from the side of the building.  We were fortunate no one was hurt and the building did not catch fire! 
We called around to see who could come out immediately to fix the issue.  Jess worked us in as an emergency.  He also worked with us and our insurance company knowing that we would not have the funds to pay him up front.  This was terrific!  Since we are a small condo association, we do not have that much in reserves to pay for an emergency.
Jess and his crew worked with the electric company to get the old power unit removed safely, repaired the side of the building where the meters had been pulled out, and then re-mounted a new power unit/meters.  Several of the owners commented on the professionalism of the crew.  We hope to never have to worry about having an emergency like that again, but we would definitely use ACCEDE again.
