"Everything went exactly as David said it would. While the shingles were being replaced, the installers noted that the original builder had used pine trim on the chimney housing and they were rotting. David replaced the trim with cedar (which it should have been originally) and some of the siding at a cost of the materials only. David monitored the work frequently, although his crew is very experienced and didn't need much supervision. I was very impressed with how David explained the extra things that he was doing that many roofers skip. I had complete confidence that I was going to get the most professional work available and that is what David gave me."

"The house was already a chaotic mess because we were having the windows replaced at the same time. They showed up on time and had no issue working around the other installers. They were professional and had great personalities, easy to get along with. The flooring gave them some issues so the job took longer than expected, but they still charged the original quoted price. I would definitely use them again!"

They tried to spread the dirt around where the holes were and I would have much rather had them haul the dirt away. They came when they said they would come. Some difficulty in getting calls returned at the beginning and the end, though. After some delays due to a truck tire blowing out Caleb & his crew showed up and carefully did all the work we'd agreed on. After that he and I walked around inspecting the job. I saw one more worrisome big branch over the roof that needed to be removed and he agreed it posed a risk to the house. They took care of that and cleaned up after themselves. The price was exactly what had been quoted, including the Angie's List discount, plus the agreed upon extra for the extra branch.  They left behind a saw and I called the company immediately to come get it, but never heard back from them.
