Muskogee Overhead Door

They were prompt Courteous and experienced. The quality of product and Installation were of high quality. They made sure all was clean and neat after installing the new Garage door. Have used them for decades to service my old Garage door and will count on them in the future. Thanks for my new Garage Door.

We have used Muskogee Overhead Door twice recently. The first time the only problem we had was broken springs. They were very prompt. Called around 8am since we could not get the garage door up at all and they were probably here by 10am. The second time to call probably came about a month after the first. The motor quit working. There was absolutely no power for the unit. They would have come that day, but we were not going to be home. They came the next day and replaced everything that was needed. I called other companies to get an estimate and found that Muskogee Overhead Door gave me the best price. Hopefully, everything has been replaced and won't need again anytime soon, but if we do, I will be calling Muskogee Overhead Door.

They called me back within half an hour of leaving a message on their machine. Fifteen minutes after talking to them a gentleman was here looking at the door. Three hours later my new garage door was here being installed. The tech was very polite and professional and he answered all of my questions. They were also very reasonably priced.

Our child closed our old 50 yo garage door on a ride-on-toy, at which point we learned that the original (wood) door was largely held together with approx 30 tubes of caulk. Glass and splintered wood were everywhere.
Our neighbor down the street said that she had used Muskogee Overhead Door, so we called them for a quote. We also contacted another local guy for a quote comparison. The other fellow showed up and gave us a few vague-ish options. Muskogee Overhead Door showed up with a pricelist for different materials, hinges, window options, insulation, backing, the works. They dropped off steel paint chip samples the next day, AFTER HOURS. They recommended a person for demolition (they can't do demolition), and his prices were very competitive. He coord with MOD so demolition and installment happened the same afternoon, thus saving us the grief of leaving our garage exposed overnight.
FANTASTIC company. Tahlequahlity it's not! They are pros!
