He kept me informed as to when he would arrive, he showed up exactly when he said he would, he went out of his way to respect my property, and his knowledge and expertise about all things chimney are fantastic. His professionalism is tremendous, and reminds me of how things used to be. Besides that, his prices are fair and very reasonable! I had a complicated problem involving water intrusion into the house, and he was able to diagnose some solutions and execute them. He made two trips to the house. We just had 3 inches of rain and nary a drop came in the house. I was thrilled with his work, and I am telling all my friends and family about Soot Busters. He gets an A++++ and then some! "After purchasing a house in July, I didnâ t want to use the fireplace until it has been inspected and was ensured to be safe. After finding Hammer I scheduled an appointment for them to do the cleaning. The chimney sweep technician arrived as scheduled and was very professional and polite. He was very thorough in his inspection and cleaning of our chimney and fire box. He conducted both the inspection and cleaning very cleanly and made absolutely no mess in the process. He did inform me of a couple of things that probably needed attention at some point in time but weâ re not critical at the moment. I was very pleased with their service and pricing and plan to use them go forward in the future."
