After finding Hammer I scheduled an appointment for them to do the cleaning. The chimney sweep technician arrived as scheduled and was very professional and polite. He was very thorough in his inspection and cleaning of our chimney and fire box. He conducted both the inspection and cleaning very cleanly and made absolutely no mess in the process. He did inform me of a couple of things that probably needed attention at some point in time but weâ re not critical at the moment.
