"The crew of two were polite, running a little behind schedule but called ahead of time to let me know and then again when they were on their way. I asked them to do a couple extra rooms and they happily agreed. Overall, I was very pleased with the crew and the quality of their work. My carpets look, feel, and smell much better. "Kyle Lening cleaned the 50 year old carpets, linoleum, countertops, bathroom fixtures making them look good as new. The process was amazing. The floors went from dark and dingy to bright and shiny. They bring their own cleaning supplies, but use my vacuum. After they are finished , they do a walk through with me to check to see if I am satisfied with their work.
