"Lindall came out very soon after I indicated I was interested in his service. His quote was very reasonable. He did a great job and explained several issues he found while he was power washing. "All went really well. We have used them 3-4 times so far and will continue to use their services as long as we have carpet. We have 4 large long-hair dogs that shed and they cleaned the carpet, then did it again because they didn't feel like they had gotten all the dog hair out without anyone having to ask them to do that. That's huge for me. I appreciate when people go the extra mile because they are good honest people and not because someone asked them to. Once they left my carpet looked great, no spots left, my house smelled great and the carpet was dry within a couple of hours.
