"He did all his work remotely via the internet. It was all very simple from my standpoint since all I did was assist him in getting the link with my computer and he took it from there. The computer was so slow and overrun with adware that it was virtually unusable.when he started but since Jim applied his touch to it, it works great again. "I was absolutely dreading the roof replacement process. Everything I read said to get at least 3 estimates. I called the Top 3 on Angie's List. The other 2 companies were really great. But from the moment I met Dave (David Rodriguez) they didn't have a chance. I expected the salesman schmooz. Dave is real. Starting with him talking me through the entire process. He thought of every single detail no matter how small. Including suggesting my dogs stay at a friends so they wouldn't be freaked out by all the noise. He even called an electrician to do some electrical work for me (who was also very good!) He expertly dealt with my insurance company. My insurance company initially sent me a very small amount. Dave went through and pointed out errors and stayed after them till I got more money from them (they ended up cutting me two more checks). I have been promised the world from different contractors, always to end up slightly disappointed. With Air Roofing every single detail that was promised me, was delivered. Literally Everything!! Dave is amazing! His crew is great! Hard working and professional. Every nail and all debris was cleaned up. I have a small home but I was treated like I was his top client! "Excellent work. They took the time and really listened to what I wanted done . The windows were triple-pane and replaced perfectly. One of my windows was a garden window that was a little out of the ordinary, but they were able to replace it with no problems. Siding was beautiful. The detail around the doors, corners and windows was superior to those who had done my siding before. Roofs on my barns were replaced as well as my home and they have never been better. They went beyond my expectations to be sure I was satisfied with everything. Highly recommend them!"

When Brad called after job was done I told him that the downspout was not where I wanted it and he corrected the misunderstanding and I am very pleased with the job. "This was the service provided by AHS's contractor Myers Comfort Specialist.  They would only provide a 2hr window with a 30 min notice of when they would be there. They agreed to come out between 3pm - 5pm that day; later around 4:30 I call to see when they would be out and discovered the tech had call the wrong number and they couldn't come out until the next day. The tech came out and diagnosed the problem, but he need a part. Later that day, when I called to inquire about a time frame I was told by a supervisor that the technicians do not turn in paperwork until the next morning and then the part would be ordered. I received a call the next day that the part was available, but they could only come out between 1pm and 5pm with a 30 min notice. I ask to schedule the first appointment for the next day and was told they would set up a time to be out between 8am - 10 am with a 30 min notice. At 10am the next morning, no call, no show. I called MCS and was told the technician was delayed at the warehouse picking up the part and would call shortly. (I'm not sure why the part was not picked up the day before when they said the could come out?) Also called AHS and explained the situation and asked to have the $75 service fee waved, which they agreed to do. The tech arrived about 11am installed the part and was finished about noon. Between the initial call and the repair visit I end up missing almost a whole day of work.

"I?ve bought Angie?s List coupon for 2 hours of this handyman work. We have exchanged couple sms and I found out that he booked for the next month+. I could wait, so I have waited. He came on May 14th and I had 3 small tasks for him: change light bulb on porch, replace 2 rotten boards on window trim and hang 2 bikes hangers on garage ceiling. Unfortunately, John came not  prepared to change light bulb on porch, as the lamp was about 12 feet high. Though it was as simple as it sounds - this task required long ladder he did not have with him. He completed 2 other tasks with expected quality in about 1 hour 40 minutes and we agreed that he will stop by to finish last task sometime next week, when he will be in the neighborhood.
 
So far, so good, except he did not stop by next week. We have exchanged couple sms?es and phone calls, I asked him again to come at his convenience when he will be nearby, and we agreed that he will stop by on May 29th to finish that job. He called me on the 29th morning and said that he is ready to come and it will cost me $60. Excuse me, what?! I?ve reminded him that this task was not done because he did not bring ladder at the first place, and there was enough time left to have it done on the initial date. Also I reminded him, that he promised me to stop by and have it done. By the way, he never mentioned before about extra charge he wanted now for the task he failed to complete due to own disorganization. He replied: ?I am very well organized and I will complete the job! Do you expect me to do it for free?? I?ve said: well, it will take no more than 15 minutes and I?ll pay you 20$ for the time. He answered: ?No, the minimal charge for me to come is $60?. Nice, right? Definitely, I did not want to overpay.
 
Bottom line: if it fits your schedule, and you are ok with all said above, give him a try, - though he still needs to learn quite a few things about professional integrity, he does quality work.  ? As for me, I personally prefer do not deal with people that have trouble to honor own words.
