"My Installer had a few issues, some was hardware. I have two doors that close together and one handles is about 4inches higher. The installer put in our dog door prior to the foam wall install, once installed and adjusted the dog door is no longer lever or square. They did not show up on day 1 as they broke down. I have a covered patio and we were just adding walls, it took saturday and sunday until the sun was down. Seemed like a long process for a few doors and windows. The windows were covered in dust and hand prints all over, they did not clean them before they left. There was small metal fragments were all over the ground inside and out (dangerous for a diabetic)."

"Everything went exactly as David said it would. While the shingles were being replaced, the installers noted that the original builder had used pine trim on the chimney housing and they were rotting. David replaced the trim with cedar (which it should have been originally) and some of the siding at a cost of the materials only. David monitored the work frequently, although his crew is very experienced and didn't need much supervision. I was very impressed with how David explained the extra things that he was doing that many roofers skip.
