We are a family business , with family values. I have found it necessary to keep up with the times , and provide email service and web site contact tools. We do not do gimmicks. if the needs of the customer are met first , the company will take care of its self. I am a one man company , and occasionally hire some one to help me , but i will never hire someone i could not leave in your house. In the future all future employees will have to be bonded. I want all my employees to look forward to coming to work. If they enjoy what they are doing , it will show on the job. I have a one way trip charge. I offer free estimates within a 30 mile radius. they can also take advantage of my website to offset costs. I offer a 10% discount to military and senior citizens 55 or older. My base rate is $80/hour for one man.

We are a multi-year Super Service Award Winner in both Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. Our specialty is locating and repairing leaks under the concrete slab, in water or drain lines. We find ways to repair the leak, with minimal damage to the home. We repair and install tank-less and traditional tank style hot water heaters. We are recommended as a second opinion by most homeowner insurance companies. We also offer basic plumbing service repairs, by appointment. We are here to help!

"They dug a huge hole in my front yard looking for the existing water service line to the house. They dug up three shrubs that I had planted earlier in the year. The company?s pipe locator was not there when they started digging. If he had been, this mess could have been averted. After they called him back they dug up another shrub to get at the existing line. The work they did to install a new water service line was satisfactory. Now I just have a wrecked front yard ."

"I had C&M Plumbing Bartlesville OK come to my home on Jan 26 2022 to swap out a gas log in my fireplace that I had purchased at Lowes. They got to my house at 12:01 and presented me with a bill for $289 at 12:25! I tried to question the plumber about the over charge but all to no effect. I pad way to much for a job that should have been handles in a trip charge/service call. I FEEL RIPPED OFF! Never again."

We are a small company started from scratch and working our way up. our goal is excellent customer satisfaction as well as great customer service. we are not here to rip off customers like some other companies, but to be better than competitive in prices with above average service. that is why i only charge overtime on sundays, instead of starting at 5:00 on weekdays and all weekend, and no double time on sunday as is normal with other companies. we are on call 24/7. i may not be able to come immediately, but will tell you the quickest that i can respond. emergencies take precedence over others, but i will never leave one job unfinished to go to another. i appreciate all criticisms. thank you for your consideration, but please keep in mind, i have to work a full time job to pay my bills at home, so my company is my second job. please do not expect me to leave my paying job to come to you, i will get to you as soon as possible.
