"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

You can paint over cracked paint, but only if you properly sand down the damaged areas. Once the surface is as smooth as you can get it, clean the walls and let them dry before applying a new coat of paint. Painting over cracked paint without sanding or cleaning beforehand will not cover up the cracks and may even make them look worse.

Yes, you can paint over already painted metal, but—before painting—you’ll want to use sandpaper on the area to achieve a rough surface. This helps prevent the paint from peeling or flaking. Remove damaged paint with 120-grit sandpaper. If the paint is in good condition, use 240-grit sandpaper. Brush off any dust before applying the primer. 

Black paint absorbs light, so using black paint will cause your room to look darker overall. In addition to reducing ambient light, black paint can make your space feel smaller because it hides depth and contours. The other major drawback is that black paint is harder to paint over with a lighter color. You’ll need to fully prime your wall with a good quality primer and use at least two coats of paint to get back to a lighter color after it’s been painted black.

When it comes to painting your bricks, you’ve got a few options. Traditionally, lime wash (a mix of aged, burned, and crushed lime and water) was used to whitewash brick or stone. You can also find premixed brick whitewash paint that cuts out a few steps and lets you get started faster. However, for the best results, we recommend using a DIY whitewash (white acrylic paint mixed with water).

You can clean water-based paint from brushes in the sink and allow the waste water to go down the drain. However, one tip to remember during a painting project is that it's illegal to allow oil-based paint or its cleaning solutions, even organic ones, down the drain and into the sewer system.
