"Well, they sent out a subcontractor, Pleasant Pools didn't come out. The subcontractor was awesome though."

"Very thorough explanation of procedure and what would be included in resurfacing my pool. Gave several more options on start time and surfaces to choose from. Price was right also."

"Oklahoma Waterscapes did a great job on the pool build. We ran into groundwater issues and they remedied that. The only issues I had were with the post build. The vacuum included with the build, the supply line was cut too short by the pool school guy and they never fixed it. The flagstone coping was delaminating and it took awhile to get the warranty work completed. Finally, some of the concrete is cracking around the pool and they told me the stamped concrete they poured was not covered under warranty. Overall I am happy with the build. The pool is beautiful and we love it. Was just a little unsatisfied with the service post build. I’d still recommend them for a pool build."

"Complete professionals. Showed up when they said they would, delivered quality work, and even was able to help with another issue with the pool that popped up! Excellent experience! I highly recommend this company!"

"Matt showed up and did a great job installing my pool heater!!"

"Very professional, revamping my pool area before this summer and work was done quickly. Highly recommend!!"

"Shawn and his crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to meet my expectations. Shawn actually exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their pool needs. Too bad I can only give a 5 star rating. I would give a 10 if I could."
