"The cleaning went fine. He showed up about 15 minutes late but called ahead to let me know he was running late. The living room carpet was very dirty from pet traffic and stains. Overall, he got the carpet much cleaner. I was disappointed that the coffee table wasn't moved for cleaning, as I ended up with a dirty rectangle where it was sitting, and we do frequently slide it around."

"Showed up 30min early ready to go immediately. Two ladies for 2 hours each. Were finished right on time with everything done that we wanted. Used our vacuum and did all bedroom & great room carpets. Would definitely use again. The owner is one hard-working lady & does a excellent job. Here helper, not as good. (average). Overall, very good and plan to use this firm again.

"Seshie responded quickly to my request and I was able to schedule to have my carpet clean within 3 days. On the day of cleaning he showed up on time and he did an awesome job! He reviewed a couple of things with me and made sure I knew what his process was. He ask me what problem areas I might have and made sure the carpet was cleaned to my specifications. I would highly recommend this service! As a matter of fact I made sure I got Seshie's business card and let a couple of my neighbors now what a great job he did."

"First they did more, than the choice I was given;my wife passed away and we had plans on a kitchen remodel, floors , paint and carpet, also some windows and doors. And I showed him the plans she had, and the colors and what we were going for, Metroplex came in and took the house that was stuck in the 80’s and brought it to modern day. The crews have attention to detail and do things in areas that no one will see, they are not the cheapest, but quality is not cheap!
