It is a bummer of a carpet service. Two large stains came up and they said it was not their fault. I told them they were not there before and they said they could not help it. They said it must have reacted to something that was already in the carpets. Nothing happened there. When they got through with the white couch it was a gray couch. I just thought their cleaning solution was dirty. So I got the shaft and a dirty couch. The rest of the work they did on the carpets they did a good job overall but there wee re two stains about 30 inches in diameter that magically popped up and looked uglier than h*ll, but there was nothing I could do about it. I could have taken them to court but I did not want to go through that hassle. They got their machine back out and scrubbed again but nothing happened. Their price was average, reasonable. They showed up right away.
I have used Sooner Carpet Cleaners probably a half dozen times. They are always on time and do a really good job of cleaning the floors. If you are looking for friendly honest folks that are locally owned and do a good job then I recommend Sooner Carpet.
The final price was even lower than the quote. It was a great experience and I will call Sooner Carpet again the next time I need any duct cleaning.
Cleaning equipment failed on first truck. They returned to the shop for a second truck which was another unexpected delay. Another issue with the cleaning wand which may have been working correctly. The final issue that I have a problem is after al that member said they take tips. Really!

Terrible. They flooded the garage with equipment overflow and broke a marble windowsill. They will not return calls, and I am taking them to small claims court. The owner brought his attorney and we were forced to settle for synthetic windowsills so that they would match. The broken sill was marble. The company attempted to hide the broken seal by placing the pieces together so that the break was not noticeable.
I am updating this review because I recently provided another review and noticed that Angie's list has the option of looking at all reviews I have done in the past. I found the reply below, and thought I would elaborate regarding our experience. The response further reflects the lack of honesty and integrity that we experienced with this firm years ago.
I do see that recent ratings are much better than prior ratings. Perhaps the firm has a better understanding about how ratings on Angie's list affect their business, or perhaps they are under new management? I don't know, but my experience was many years ago.
"THIS CUSTOMER HAS MADE IT HER MISSION TO DISCREDIT OUR COMPANY. SHE DID TAKE US TO SMALL CLAIMS AND COULD NOT SUBSTANTIATE ANY OF HER ALLEGATIONS, EXCEPT FOR THE WINDOW SILL, WHICH WE SAID WE WOULD REPLACE UNTIL SHE BEGAN GETTING HOSTILE AND DIFFICULT. WE HAVE ACTED RESPONSIBLY. SHE SOLD HER HOME WITHOUT REPAIRING HER LEAKY ROOF. WE REIMBURSED HER FOR THE WINDOW SILL. SHE HAD USED OUR COMPANY ONCE BEFORE FOR A CARPET STRETCH AND REPAIR AND WAS SATISFIED. A FRIEND OF HER'S PUT IN HER HEAD THAT SHE HAD PAID TOO MUCH FOR HER PROBLEM AND FROM THAT POINT FORWARD SHE BEGAN THROWING ACCUSATIONS AND DEMANDING MONEY. BELIEVE ME...YOU DON'T WANT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS INDIVIDUAL."
