"I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. There was an additional cost of about $100. We also do a service contract with them which is about $40 monthly. We did not buy any home automation features. They were very responsive and have very good customer service."

Small jobs welcome

"Never saw a chimney sweep in action. Pulled out washer and dryer, cleaned out vent to roof, went up and inspected that. Removed gas logs and cleaned them, swept and inspected chimney in and out. Nice folks. Showed up on time and careful in the house. 5 Stars. Josh at Expert Services an LLC. Nice website too. Cost was $425.00 which I thought was reasonable for the work they did. Also gave me some estimates on some French drains and replacing a chimney cap (poorly sealed)."

If untreated, smoke damage is definitely toxic. Carbon and tar are two types of toxic chemicals in smoke that can damage your lungs and other parts of your body if you breathe them in for long periods of time. If you still smell smoke after the fire, it’s important that you call your restoration team for support.

The first step is removing water or chemical residue, if applicable, after extinguishing. Next, your professional will clean up soot, remove damaged materials, treat the smoke damage, and complete any necessary structural repairs. After that, your pro will begin the build-back process and install finishes to restore your home to its previous condition.

Just about anything that can damage your roof can damage a solar panel. It’s common for panels to sustain damage from hail or falling branches. Critters can chew through the wires. Snow and heavy rainfall can cause additional wear, along with extreme temperatures, which can degrade or stress the individual components. Even the UV rays that create electricity slowly damage your panel over time.

DIY cleanup is not recommended due to hazardous soot, odors, and potential structural issues.

Costs depend on stone type, surface condition, labor, and whether sealing or deep cleaning is required.
