So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

The home warranty you pay a monthly fee I think ours is like $80 a month so when you need something you call them and they send somebody out. It's a $75 service fee, but anything on top of that they pay for. The home warranty thing, every time you buy a home people try to throw in there to make it sound like it's better or something and I have bought all different kind of houses all the time and this one does not do that. Actually it has worked out pretty good, but then you have to understand the rules, read the details what they cover and what they don't cover and what the rules are. It costs $80 a month because it's got all the coverage even the pool, pool appliances, garage door opener, fans everything so that is $80 a month. It is a $75 service fee every time they come out, but just have the base one to cover the air conditioner alone is worth it. For $75 they fix whatever."
