"What we originally agreed to have done, there was one thing he couldn't finish. He did make it up rather than not finish what we contracted him for. He looked at something else for us for no extra charge. He had to have a specific tool to finish up the project I was having him out for but he didn't have it, it had broken. He was like, 'Rather than me coming back out and having to charge you additional, here is what you need to do to finish this.' I was like, okay. Then, I was asking him about all the pipes connecting to the pool from the tank. He went and took a look and helped make sure that everything was operating well. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new.
