"Update: We did not have to pay for the repair, which we were grateful for. Thanks for doing the right thing. She was on time and worked quick, but overall not happy with the end product. She told me she could not match it perfect, but this is not even close. I have no clue why navy blue was even used, and have no idea why so much was used. There is not any blue in the Terrazo tile at all. It looked better chipped up before she even did anything. Now it looks horrible!!!! When I first spoke to her about this type of repair, she informed me this was an art that took a lot of work, patience and concentration. I think I could have repaired this better with epoxy and some art supplies from Hobby Lobby. I can not believe I paid $750 for this. The repair was not worth $100. It took everything in me to pay her, and I am still wondering why I did. Part of me wants to put a stop payment on the check and let her take me to court because no one on their right mind would think this was worth the money I was charged. When I asked about her end product, she said, that is the best it is going to be. She should have just said she could not do the job. I would consider shopping around before hiring this company. If this is acceptable work, I cant imagine what else is passed off as quality."

"First off I would like to say I had a huge project I had no idea where to begin. I recently had closed on a home where prior to moving in they remodeled as well but after moving in I noticed a really strong odor and other issues going on in the home. I reached out to Ruben and he immediately came to evaluate the issue and gave me his honest opinion on what he recommended. He sent me the estimate in a timely manner, I agreed and he and his team got to work! I could not be any happier with the results. They went far and beyond to completely remodel the whole entire home, they exceeded my expectations! "For the price that we paid, I feel that we received a good value. The work was done well and in a somewhat timely manner. There was a delay when the painter had to leave town due to illness in the family. This was unavoidable and Roger communicated with us throughout. Roger's employees are true artist. They came up with affordable solutions for some issues that we had. There are a few places that the paint work was a little sloppy, but considering that we paid about 20% less than the next lowest estimate, we can't complain. The reason that we won't use this company again? The valve that supplies water to our dishwasher broke off during a day early on in the remodel. This was no fault of the crew, just an old valve. The problem is that no one told us this had happened. We turned our dishwasher on and left and when we came back, everything inside, including the end of one of the washer "blades" had melted. I called Roger and we agreed that we would pay to fix the valve and he would pay to replace the damaged dishwasher "blade". He advised me that he had ordered the part, which I had researched and knew to cost around $90. Three weeks later, he said that the part still had not come in. I advised him that I would like to withhold the $125 balance for the completed job until the part was installed. He agreed that was fair. It is 2 months later and we never heard back from Roger about the replacement part. Not only has he not called us, but he has ignored the 2 times that I attempted to contact him to ask about the part. This is extremely unprofessional. If not for that one thing, I would definitely hire him in the future. It's a shame that he ended our contact this way.

"We actually had the grout cleaned and resealed on our shower, bathroom floor and walls . We also had our kitchen sink tile repaired and re caulked. We have a great deal of respect for the how we, as the consumer, were treated when we pointed out some things we thought still needed additional attention after the initial job was completed. They were very quick to respond and those items were done to meet our expectations. They were very happy and willing to make us happy and cared enough to get it done in a very timely manner. Would absolutely use them again."

"Set in Stone got here within 1 day. We live in Edmond, Set in Stone is out of Norman. It's quite a drive but they were glad to have the work! Not only did they fixed the cracks in my granite seams, they showed me WHY it cracked (had never been glued down to the counters! YIKES!) and it now looks better than it did the day they put it in-5 years ago! Set in Stone also redid the seam between my stove and granite and it looks GREAT! They saved me from potential future problems. When they left, the work area was clean and tidy. And all at a very fair price. I HIGHLY recommend Set in Stone from Norman."
