"Called Muddy Water Plumbing, to fix a broken pipe under my house. Talked to a gentleman named Alan. He was very friendly and polite over the phone. Once he heard the details. He said he would be out as soon as possible. One hour later he showed up to my house. Once under the house. He found multiple bakes. Not only did he replace and fix what was needed. He also winter proofed the pipes. I would recommend Muddy Water Plumbing To everyone. Very friendly. Affordable pricing. Reliable and fast acting. And a matter fact, I called him back out two more times. Replace a water heater and fix a leak under my sink."

Benjamin Franklin said they had a plumber in my area who could be out to me in 15 minutes. They were right on the money. Within 15 minutes of arrival, he had diagnosed the problem and said he could fix it in no time. Josh the plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly I felt he was being honest. My Thermocouple was out and within an hour he had it fixed. The only downside was pricing. The job cost $197. After consulting with another plumber I got a quote of $150. Despite this My overall experience was great and I would use them again!"

"scheduled online at 8:50AM. received email and phone confirmation at 8:52. received text at 10:15 saying they would be here by 10:45. arrived at 10:40. gave me a reasonable quote for new water heater and code upgrades from my 28 year old gas heater. had everything on the truck when they arrived. they installed new gas heater and walked ot the door at 12:04. Amazing! left no mess and took old heater with them. and their truck didn't leave an oil spot on my driveway. what plumber, painter, electrician etc. has a truck that doesn't leak?"
