The opening had created an opportunity for starlings to squeeze in and build a huge nest in the gutter, blocking the downspout. Sean removed the nest, reattached the helmet and even inventively covered a tiny opening which might have allowed smaller birds to have access. He did this at no charge to me, and in a most friendly and personable manner. Thank you so much Sean! P.S.
