"I will start by saying they did the piers and it is good. I will add, the day they did our 8 piers, as they were finishing up it started down pouring rain. 2 days later i went out to look at the back pier locations and each hole was sunk in about 5 inches. I texted my contact "Chase" and he stated they would be back out to fix that. I then checked the sprinkler system as when they were doing the back piers they had cut the zone control line in half. Only 2 of my zones out of 7 work. So i texted Chase right after the first text about the holes and asked that when they come back out to relocate the line so as i can repair it. That was on Nov 12, 2022, 2 days after the pier job. Today is April 13, 2023 and i have yet to hear back from anyone and no one has come to my house."

They arrived at the jobsite at the designated time with a large enough crew to complete installing 13 piers in one day. My tenants were very complementary of how the workers took care to cause as little disturbance to them as possible. I’ve also used them to make repairs at a property that was under contract to sell. "Not even sure where to begin with this nightmare which I will now need to spend more money in legal just to get my money back if I'm lucky. It all started back in 2022 when a respectful salesperson Gary sold me on an underground bunker. Still to this day, he answers the phone for me, and he doesn't even work at Rising S company anymore. To keep a long story shorter, I paid over $100K for my unit after being pushed to make payments to 'keep it on the assembly line'. It has been paid in full since August of 2023 (just about 15 months for anyone counting). I received a response (finally) earlier this year in March that there is new ownership of the company, and the man in charge is Brad Dancer. After trying to contact for quite awhile, I did finally get him on the phone. He apologized and explained to me that he's in over his head. Even though I believe I have been more than patient, I agreed to give him some time to finish and deliver my unit. We agreed that August of this year (2024) I would have it. I checked in by email in June to ask if we were still on track. I received a response that we were indeed on track. Now fast forward to today (10/25/24), I have been completely ghosted by email, phone, and text. No responses at all by ANY form of communication. At this point, I realize I have been robbed of over $100K. And after reading many other consumers reviews on different platforms, it appears I'm not the only one. I will now begin my journey with the Attorney General and Legal process. I'll update my status here so anyone can see what happens. At least people can get answers some way. It is not a good feeling to not be able to get a company to call you, especially after they've taken over $100k. You can't even leave a message on the office line ( which no one has EVER answered by the way). I don't understand how a company like this could still be in business. My recommendation to anyone reading this.....I hope it's not too late for you."

"I reached out to D&C Custom Homes to get a quote on replacing the 15 windows at my home. I also reached out to three other local window companies for quotes for comparison. Dustin arrived and provided me with examples of the windows from three brand/manufacturers for comparison and spent much time reviewing the options available. This was different from the other local windows companies that stuck with one brand. D&C also provided the option to change four arched windows over to rectangular windows for savings and also redoing the exterior facet. Dustin spent hours going through all the customization options that were not available from any of the other companies and it was the lowest priced quote. We kept in touched throughout the entire process from quote, decision on the windows/colors, measurements, delivery, installation, final walk through. The work was completed yesterday and we are thrilled with the new windows. The guys are very outgoing and we will be using them for future projects."
