"Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company! They are extremely predatory and convinced my 63 year old mother that she had to sign the contract THAT DAY, and she didn’t even understand what she was signing! The first day they were scheduled to do the job, they showed up hours late, and said they “weren’t the right crew to do the job”. We then had to wait a couple weeks for a different crew to come, and when they came they said they weren’t the right crew to do the job either!! 2 weeks later, ANOTHER crew came and said THE SAME EXACT THING!!! So after 3 times of getting the runaround, I was completely FED UP with this horrible company and decided to cancel the contract. They FINALLY did let me cancel, but are demanding we still pay $600! After all they put us through over 3+ months, they had the nerve to charge us $600 for an outlet! PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! All they care about is dollar signs, not about the QUALITY of their work or customer service."

The previous install was not plumb, level or installed per the fence manufacturers guidelines, thereby jeopardizing any future warranty work. Mark explained what needed done and provided a tiered proposal based on additional items uncovered during the disassembly. Communication was clear, the job site was left in a secure and neat condition each day and I had a clear understanding of scheduling. It was a very pleasant experience and MCRM will be used for additional projects at my home."
