"Ryan has been an amazing person to work with! His knowledge and flexibility are the best I have dealt with in a long time. My wife is skeptical, when it comes to builders and contractors but after meeting him she was a believer and knew just how valuable he would be to us and our new home. Thanks for everything Ryan!"

"They did a great job from selecting the roof shingles to clean up. Excellent installers and very professional installation. The wife and I would highly recommend J&V Roofing. They are a top notch roofing company,"

"WOW - OVER AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called in my ac Sunday around noon and job was complete within 24 hours! I highly recommend Choice Home Warranty - and Sheri Lane."

"We have just begun construction, but his service and response is just top rate. I hope to be able to give them a high rating once the project is complete."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"Weird experience.  Several neighbors used them with mixed results to replace roof and do siding work.  I heard second hand that the smooth talking sales guy was later fired.  They might be an OK company to work with but I'd be very wary.  Don't sign any type of document until you've gotten several estimates from other companies and feel they are the best company of the bunch.  Don't listen to them if they tell you you need to sign some kind of  document right away.  I might be paranoid, but given my experience, I wouldn't use them unless I had an attorney involved.  Otherwise I would not feel comfortable."

"Owner was very polite and effective and developing solutions that improved the results of the project. The company went beyond my requests to improve the appearance."

"Cannot recommend Preston Builders highly enough. Their business description/mission statement is exactly how they conduct themselves: professional, highly skilled and with the utmost integrity. They do keep their customers' needs and requirements first and foremost while never sacrificing quality. When you put your home in the hands of another, make sure they are the real deal. Preston Builders are exactly that. Once you are a customer, you will understand and will always recommend them, just as we do."
