Nothing gets done without my personal touch or approval period! You will deal with only me and will see me working on every job I put my name on. We are a full service company, meaning we do project from start to finish. We are not a sell you then sub the work out to God knows who company! I have been doing this since I graduated high school at 17. I spent nine years in the carpenters union and had top honors in my 4 year class. I love working with my clients and helping them with ideas that I have so much experience with. I think that is what separates me from some younger guy's who don't have as much knowledge and experience working with people. "We had our driveway extended and while the price was reasonable and it initially looked great, the quality quickly went downhill. Two of the three new squares started chipping badly not long after the job was done. The top layer is flaking off in multiple spots, even using a leaf blower sends pieces of the surface flying. When I brought it up, the response was that it could be from salt or possibly from not sealing it correctly, even though we were told it was sealed. He offered to come back and reseal it but said he wouldn?t touch the damaged concrete itself. Since then, I?ve spoken to a few other companies, and every single one of them said if their work looked like that, they would stand behind it ? even if it meant replacing it at a loss or just asking the customer to cover materials. That?s what taking pride in your work looks like. I take a lot of pride in how my home looks from the street, and now I?m stuck staring at a patchy, crumbling driveway. It?s frustrating."
