I value honesty and individuals that are just "good humans" towards others. And I got that feeling while working with them. Although I completely think that is my fault, I was told once specifically that their estimate was labor only.. and it was. I just forgot that by the time the bill came. Theyve continued to help us problem solve the electrical connection and even agreed to come back to assist us with changing the power cord and dryer vent routing!
