They put in a new in-ground pool (16x36), concrete deck, automatic cover, and heater in 2022. Putting in a pool is painful. Period. Never having done it before, I didn't realize the number of potential issues (weather delays, supply backorders, defective equipment, etc.), and we started during the pandemic. Yes, communication could have been better, but (giving them the benefit of the doubt) they probably didn't always know when they were going to come out with the weather constantly changing, equipment being delayed over and over again, and other customer needs being more critical. At the end of the day, if it were not for Jeremiah, I would not have a pool (because without him, I would not have been willing to spend the amount of money many were asking, he was cost-effective when he put mine in). He did not really take any longer than anyone else would have during the pandemic. He did go periods without getting back to me, but in general, he was able to answer 85% of my calls and 95% of my texts on the first attempt and all eventually. I had two go out within days of each other. ARS Roto-Rooter wanted ~$6,600 for both installed. They are Vented Gas 50 gallons each. I had both done by Diamond Mechanical for $3,650.

Everything went well. We purchased a deal through Angie's List to have our water heater replaced on a Saturday. Jeremiah called on Monday morning to set up scheduling for that Friday. He arrived as scheduled and installed the new water heater without any issues. He did a great job. We would certainly hire this company again.

Everything went very smoothly! He arrived at the agreed time and was very professional. From what I can tell the quality of work is very high! I called several different plumbers and this was the best price.

Jeremiah was courteous, punctual, and friendly. I could tell that he knew what he was doing. It took him less than 2 hours to remove the old heater, position the new heater, and connect it. He showed me how to light it and asked if I had any questions. I will use him again for future plumbing needs.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for $825 for a hot water heater replacement since ours (19 years old) sprung a leak. Jeremiah contacted me later that same day, and was able to schedule the job for the immediate next morning. He arrived on time (slightly early, actually), and was finished in about 3 hours. Job was well done. We asked if he could relocate the water heater about 3 feet to the left of our old one, so that it lined up with our furnace, to create more usable storage space in our basement. He did the relocation for an additional $125, which we felt was very reasonable since he had to rework more of the supply/return piping, vent, and gas supply. We also requested if he could install a drain pan, since our old heater did not have one. He charged $10 for the drain pan itself and $115 to install it (plumbing 1" PVC to drain). I felt that the $115 drain pan install cost was a bit high for the small amount of PVC that was done (our floor drain is only about a foot from the water heater and 3 feet from furnace), but he may just charge a flat rate for that task. The $825 deal was lower than other providers for a straight like-for-like install, though, so we still came out better than we would have otherwise. Overall, we are very pleased with his work and would recommend.

So far, all is fine. Will inspect work next month, but support and communication so far was excellent.

He was very prompt and quick. I liked that he explained about the tank and the warranty. He also told me about what to do and went thru everything about the tank. I would definitely use his service again.

My experience with Jeremiah was fantastic. Not only is Jeremiah a skilled plumber, but he is also pleasant and personable. I initially came into contact with him when I purchased a water heater replacement deal. He did an awesome job, and didn't seemed bothered when I asked him questions about the installation as he worked. I subsequently hired him to replace my bathtub, and to install outdoor faucets as well. All the work went smoothly. In reaching out to Jeremiah to set up appointments, he was always responsive. He always showed up as promised. It is hard to put a value on that. Despite my work not being "high ticket" or "big" jobs, I felt like a valued customer. One of the greatest things about using Jeremiah is that you will never wonder if you paid more or less than the last guy who used him for the same service. Jeremiah's pricing is fixed, and he will show you up front on his chart of services, what the service is going to cost. I wholeheartedly recommend using his services! You can't go wrong!

He arrived on time, removed the old hot water heater and installed the new one. A copper pipe leading into the heater was in bad shape so he cut off the crumbling section and replaced it. He worked quickly. and was finished in about 2 hours, maybe a little less.  He was courteous and knowledgeable, took time to explain about our new hot water heater.  The actual cost of the hot water heater was  $675, the cost of fixing the old pipe $125.

Jeremiah was super nice, quick, and cleaned up after himself.  He even let our son watch him work!  I will absolutely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
