"I was disappointed that the price increased over what I was quoted, perhaps due to a misunderstanding of what I needed, or perhaps as a tactic. Alex described how another firm uses this to increase prices sharply. Overall I was satisfied with the installation but was not impressed with the LS brand locks."

"Choice responded quickly but the insurance plan does not pay for all doors to be re-keyed unless you have very few locks. The number of locks covered by the insurance is determined by keyholes, not doors! (Read your policy!) You will likely have to shell out some money to have this essential new-home service if you have more than four keyholes. The locksmith they called was EXCELLENT and made all our locks completely functional. We will happily hire the locksmith again (R.L Locksmith LLC). We paid $201.81 (plus another $50 for some door re-alignment not included in the re-keying benefit) and Choice paid $100 for the job."

"I've used Mel to do my work for over 15 years.  I own several rental properties and he has done various work from painting and roofing to carpentry work.   Whenever I need something done I call Mel and he gets his crews right on it.  I've had other quotes from other roofers and Mel was never the cheapest, but he was always the most prompt and I've grown to trust him with all my home improvement needs."
