The roof over the main part of the house had sagged a bit over the 120+ years. We hired an engineer who recommended the addition of several collar ties and other supports. Allstate understood the engineers instructions and installed the supports. All of the work described above took less than one week. They hauled away all of the debris, and checked the work to ensure that it was done correctly and to contract. All of the people we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and polite."
