"Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company! They are extremely predatory and convinced my 63 year old mother that she had to sign the contract THAT DAY, and she didn’t even understand what she was signing! The first day they were scheduled to do the job, they showed up hours late, and said they “weren’t the right crew to do the job”. We then had to wait a couple weeks for a different crew to come, and when they came they said they weren’t the right crew to do the job either!! 2 weeks later, ANOTHER crew came and said THE SAME EXACT THING!!! So after 3 times of getting the runaround, I was completely FED UP with this horrible company and decided to cancel the contract. They FINALLY did let me cancel, but are demanding we still pay $600! After all they put us through over 3+ months, they had the nerve to charge us $600 for an outlet! PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! All they care about is dollar signs, not about the QUALITY of their work or customer service."

" We met Thermal Shield at the WSAZ Home & Garden Show in March 2025 about enclosing our porch. An estimate and contract was done on April 10, 2025. That contract stated that the project would be completed in 20 weeks. That date would have been August 30, 2025. The work has not started and no materials have been delivered. I paid a deposit of $11,000 (eleven thousand dollars). After several weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted the company and the owner. The response was text messages. I finally contacted the owner and stated that the work order had expired weeks ago and with no contact from them and no start on our project, I wanted a refund of the $11,000 deposit. I informed him that I would allow 30 days for the refund and if it was not received by November 1, 2025 that I would proceed with other action. There has been no communication. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day.
